Our people
The firm comprises four seasoned lawyers. Each attorney draws from his or her own unique background, education, and legal experience, and together, we aim to make the most of the resources readily available at our firm:
Mr. Johnson is a former state senator and a Trustee of the John & Mabel Ringling Foundation, FSU Foundation, Florida Arts Council, and many other charitable organizations.
Mr. Browning was an active real estate developer for many years and was the longtime attorney for the Sarasota County Education Foundation. He has also coached hundreds of Sarasota boys and girls in various athletic clubs.
Mr. Clayton is a former executive in the oil & securities industries; both he and Mrs. Clayton are involved as leaders in many Sarasota charitable and service organizations. Mr. Clayton is also president-elect of the John M. Scheb American Inn of Court, an association of lawyers and judges who seek to promote professionalism and civility in the practice of law.
