Drew Clayton devotes a large part of his practice to the representation of plaintiffs in securities arbitration and litigation.

As a 23 year attorney with a business background in the securities industry, Mr. Clayton is a skilled business advocate and seasoned litigator. He routinely represents area business clients and individuals prosecuting law suits and state federal and bankruptcy court as well as security arbitration before The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority ("FINRA"). He is also a Florida Supreme Court certified Civil Court mediator.

Jessica Lavely Clayton

Ms. Clayton draws from her background in tax law to analyze client cases and help strategize complex matters of securities law. She routinely engages in an advisory role on securities matters and also litigates in arbitration, mediation, or courtroom forums. She has been involved in over 100 investment related disputes.

An advanced study of tax law also allows her to devise tax-planning strategies for her estate law clients, and she also represents businesses and individuals facing tax controversies.
